APO Televid Spotting scopes and the Photo-Adapter are robust and waterproofed up to a depth of 5 Meter. Leica M and Leica APO Televid Spotting scopes are the combination for all demanding for high quality images in maximum resolution as well as in macro photography as on far distance photography.

The Leica Ultravid 50 HD-Plus models provide excellent contrast and outstanding image brightness that other binoculars with larger front-lens diameters can hardly rival. All Leica binoculars (Not including compacts) are waterproof to a depth of at least 4m. The new Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 42 binoculars announced at photokina 2014 will be available from authorised Leica dealers from November 2014. Each model is supplied complete with a padded, high-quality Cordura case for optimum product protection. Also included are front lens and eyepiece caps and a contoured neoprene carrying strap.

The APO-Televid 82 delivers superb optical performance for brilliant insights into nature that are rich in detail and contrast - from dawn until dusk. The combination of the apochromatic optics with their new FL glass and the 82 mm front lens diameter increase the light yield, compared to the previous models, by more than 6%! The eye piece is fast bayonet mounted and has a magnification of 25x to 50x. It has a very wide angle viewing area, which gives the user a unusually wide field view. The object you are viewing is not only magnified, but also the surrounding area and thus its context can also be observed exactly.
You can now also take a "scoped" photo of your favourite subject easily using an adapter designed specifically for the LEICA D-LUX4 digital camera.

The Duovids with 50 mm lens diameter and optional 10x or 15x magnification close the gap between binoculars and a spotting scope with their 15x magnification.

This Duovid is a high-aperture, high-performance set of binoculars that becomes a mini spotting scope with a simple flick of the wrist.
