The Leica Ultravid 50 HD-Plus models provide excellent contrast and outstanding image brightness that other binoculars with larger front-lens diameters can hardly rival. 800 mm focal length, that is, what offers the combination of a Leica APO-Televid spotting scope with a Leica Photo-Adapter and the Leica M-Camera. The Focus-Picing-Funktion provides you the possibility of sharpest pictures, the full frame sensor offers unbeatable brilliant images even in twilight conditions. APO Televid Spotting scopes and the Photo-Adapter are robust and waterproofed up to a depth of 5 Meter. The Leica Ultravid 32 models come in an impressively compact form, offer outstanding optical performance and easy focusing. They are also ideal for daylight.

New Optical Coatings - Using a new high temperature plasma process, new high quality coatings further improve light transmission especially in the blue & violet spectral range which increases both the brightness of the image & the contrast whilst maintaining accurate & correct colours.

The innovative AquaDura? coating grants crystal clear vision in any weather and protects the lenses from scratches or abrasion. Raindrops simply roll off. Dirt and fingerprints are easily wiped away.

The Duovids with 50 mm lens diameter and optional 10x or 15x magnification close the gap between binoculars and a spotting scope with their 15x magnification.

This Duovid is a high-aperture, high-performance set of binoculars that becomes a mini spotting scope with a simple flick of the wrist. In the 10x position, it offers a steady image with a large depth of field. Changing to 15x allows for a level of detail recognition that was previously reserved for spotting scopes. All of this with using both eyes! Because of its excellent imaging performance, the 50 mm Duovid is especially suited for astronomical viewing, and the necessary tripod adapter is included with the binoculars. The ergonomic form and tactile rubber reinforcement ensure a sure grip - even in wet and with gloves - and for good image steadiness.

All Leica binoculars (Not including compacts) are waterproof to a depth of at least 4m. With the floating neoprene carrying strap they will always remain afloat, allowing for the care-free use of Leica binoculars near or in water. The strap?s eye-catching signal orange color offers optimum visibility, so the binoculars can be found easily and quickly. The extra wide fit of the strap protects the neck and shoulders when carrying heavier equipment.
