Carefully adapted in line with modern lens design, the Leica Noctilux-M 50 f/1.2 ASPH. marks the return of one of the most famous lenses made for the Leica M-System.

Its light sensitivity (which is enormous even by today?s standards) further contributed to the Noctilux?slegendary status ?as did its unique aesthetic: images captured at open aperture are imbued with a soft, almost dreamlike quality ?creating an unmistakable look with an exquisite bokeh.

The LEICA NOCTILUX-M 50 mm f/0.95 ASPH. is not only a unique high-performance lens in the M system. It combines extremely high speed with imaging performance that can easily bear comparison with the other top lenses currently on the market. It is made of high-quality materials and intricately assembled by hand at the Solms factory to give a particularly reliable product that will retain its value for decades. The combination of state-of-the-art technology and meticulous craftsmanship based on skill and experience ensure the constant quality of every single Leica lens, once again widening the creative potential of Leica M photography.

The extremely shallow depth of field at open aperture produces portraits and detailed studies of unequalled aesthetic effect. The result is outstanding image quality, comparable to the Leica Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH., which is considered the best standard lens ever produced. Even the light from one candle can be sufficient for handheld photography.

Unlike previous Silver chrome lenses, due to awareness of weight the Noctilux 50mm 0.95 and Summilux 35mm 1.4 in Silver Chrome are Aluminium based lenses, mirroring their Black Chrome counterparts.

This compact, fast, short telephoto lens is acclaimed for its excellent image quality at maximum aperture and over the full focusing range from infinity to minimum distance. The speed of this powerful lens allows to single out a sharp detail on a blurred background. Still, the lens offers a natural angle of view that can not be achieved with 90mm telephoto lenses.

This compact lens uses all of today?s technical possibilities to achieve high speed and remarkable imaging quality. It features aspherical surfaces, special glass types with partial anomalous dispersion and floating elements. It is the ideal lens for delivering intimate views of scenes, nature, landscapes and people, whether at infinity or at close-focus range.

The new Leica Noctilux-M 75 mm f/1.25 ASPH. has everything it needs to become a legend in its own right:
- razor-thin depth of field in combination with exceptional imaging performance,
- a uniquely soft bokeh that makes photographers? dreams come true.

Its optical design allows precise, exceptionally detailed isolation of subjects from their surroundings to create images of unique character.

With a focal length of 75 mm, it is predestined for the creation of portraits with a natural look. A lens for M- and SL-Photographers who are seeking something truly special and know how to make best use of creativity in their imagery.

Featuring nine elements in six groups. Two aspherical elements are included in the design to ensure optimum imaging performance across the entire image frame.

Thanks to a floating element, a close focusing distance of 0.85m has been archieved.

The Macro-Elmar-M 90 mm f/4 can be used as a compact 90 mm telephoto lens or, in combination with the Leica Macro-Adapter-M, for macro shots up to a magnification of 1:2. Either way, the lens provides an incredibly high imaging performance.

Without the adapter, the Leica Macro-Elmar-M 90 mm f/4 is an extremely versatile telephoto lens ? for example, for portraits with shallow depth of field and in travel photography for capturing details in landscapes. For reportage photography, the Leica Macro-Elmar-M 90 mm f/4 allows photographers to capture discreet shots at a greater distance from the subjects. The Leica Macro-Elmar-M 90 mm f/4 is a compact and lightweight alternative to existing Leica M-Lenses of this focal length. When not in use, the lens can be collapsed to save valuable space in the camera bag.

Apochromatic colour correction and an aspherical lens surface are combined for the first time in this lens of this type. Of its five individual elements, two are made of high-refraction glass, while two others feature anomalous partial dispersion. Its brilliance and quality of resolution are exemplary even at full aperture. Light falloff is very low. Its fast aperture, for a 90mm lens, lets you shoot at relatively short exposure times even in dim light, helping to minimise the effects of camera shake, for instance when photographing street scenes from a distance.

A telephoto lens of uncompromising quality with apochromatic color correction, the resolution, contrast, and sharpness of the 135 mm APO-TELYT are optimal at all apertures. It also has very little light falloff even at maximum aperture and minimal distortion, resulting in top pro-level performance. This lens can render the finest details clearly and in rich contrast. As the longest focal length in the Leica M system, it's ideal for shooting over long distances and is the perfect completion of any high-class outfit. It permits distinctive landscape shots with typical telephoto effects: the foreground and background are visually compressed. Moreover, it enables frame-filling portraits to be shot from afar, so the subject is undisturbed.
