The Leica Ultravid 32 models come in an impressively compact form, offer outstanding optical performance and easy focusing. They are also ideal for daylight.
They are available with a magnification factor of 8x or 10x.

New Optical Coatings - Using a new high temperature plasma process, new high quality coatings further improve light transmission especially in the blue & violet spectral range which increases both the brightness of the image & the contrast whilst maintaining accurate & correct colours.

The innovative AquaDura? coating grants crystal clear vision in any weather and protects the lenses from scratches or abrasion.

The new Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 42 binoculars announced at photokina 2014 will be available from authorised Leica dealers from November 2014. Each model is supplied complete with a padded, high-quality Cordura case for optimum product protection. Also included are front lens and eyepiece caps and a contoured neoprene carrying strap.

These handy Duovids offer a double magnification change. 12x magnification is unique in a premium 42 mm binocular, allowing the user to observe the finest nuances of any image.

LEICA DUOVID 8 + 12 x 42
The compact 42 mm Duovid offers both 8x magnification, with a wide field of view and a shake-free image, as well as a 12x magnification, ideal for discerning additional detail. As with the 50 mm model, the patented eyepieces with two click stops provide optimum eye relief and can be adapted to the needs of the viewer. Changing magnification is done separately for both tubes by turning the two rings. Automatic Diopter Compensation (ADCTM ), the diopter value you set is retained even when changing magnification.

The Duovids with 50 mm lens diameter and optional 10x or 15x magnification close the gap between binoculars and a spotting scope with their 15x magnification.

LEICA DUOVID 10 + 15 x 50
This Duovid is a high-aperture, high-performance set of binoculars that becomes a mini spotting scope with a simple flick of the wrist. In the 10x position, it offers a steady image with a large depth of field. Changing to 15x allows for a level of detail recognition that was previously reserved for spotting scopes. All of this with using both eyes! Because of its excellent imaging performance, the 50 mm Duovid is especially suited for astronomical viewing, and the necessary tripod adapter is included with the binoculars. The ergonomic form and tactile rubber reinforcement ensure a sure grip - even in wet and with gloves - and for good image steadiness.

The 42mm Geovid HD models combine the functions of viewing and measuring in optical and electronic perfection - but their handiness also allows for ease of use in any situation.
